My pin bent while using to tow a 5,000 pound camper. I no longer trust these pins, went back to the conventional pin. Very disapointed in this product from etrailer.
They do what they should and look good doing it. Picked these up to go with my new 10" adjustable hitch and they fit great.

Love these pins! I have to pull my hitch to park the truck in the shop truck too long, or shop too short, one of the two... and I use the bottom pin up top to make a handle to move the hitch around with. Still lock tight, and are holding up well.
The length of the longer pin for the ball was excellent, the length of the pin for the receiver was quite a bit too long and rattled around while driving. I threw a couple o-rings on each end and it tightened it up. They seem like good quality pins with locks. Haven't towed with them yet, but I'm sure they will last a long time.
What can I say, they’re pins. Spray lock with corrosion control before first use and frequently after.
I haven't pulled with it yet, but out of the box it seems very sturdy. I like the finished gloss black. I believe if your gonna use an adjustable hitch you need to invest in an anti rattle stabilizer since there is two parts of the hitch that can rattle. (The reciever and the hitch adjustment)
looks like they're good quality. The one that goes through the actual shank and ball mount could have been a little longer. Seems like it's real close to the locking head.
We'll see how they perform.

Best hitch you can buy for the money. Has held up great on my Ram 2500 for the past year I've had it. Hauled everything from small single axle trailer with the 2" ball to 30' camper with the 2 1/2" ball. I suggest getting FA86-00-4225 along with this hitch.
Not realizing my hitch had two different diameters it took me three tries to get the correct locking pins. I think there is a saying about assuming that I continue to be reminded of.
Seems to be a stout hitch, would have thought could turn ball attachment towards under truck so I am less likely to hit when not in use. The locking pins seem rather light duty, hope to never have someone test them. I have just installed on truck, but certainly looks up for whatever I need to haul.
Keeps my hitch attached to my truck like it’s supposed to and nobody can walk away with it! I’ve never had any trouble with the locking mechanism corroding shut thanks to the little rubber caps it comes with.
Pins arrived within a week despite Covid19 crisis. This is a very well made, nicely finished hitch and pins product. Sara also got back to me same day I inquired about the actual rating on the 2in ball. It is rated for 12k towing despite the website saying both 2in and 2 5/16 are rated to 20k. Still, that's to be expected since trailers capable of 10k+ usually don't have a 2in coupler. I'm very satisfied with product AND customer service. Would highly recommend and will buy again from etrailer.

An excellent set-up to secure both the hitch and the ball. The dust cap is a needed plus especially where sand or salt is used in snow areas. Time will tell how it holds up this winter. I would recommend removing the hitch when not in use to get an extended period of usefulness.
High quality locking pins for my expensive hitch, cheap insurance.
They are simple to install, durable. How ever the small problem I got was some mud got in when a cover popped off and made it hard to insert my key to unlock. Blew it out with air and reoiled it. Good as new, just check your covers from time to time.
Great hitch pin locks. Wished they were better priced!

Keys broke off in the lock even though the key holes were covered.

If you want security, you will want to take a look at this option. One key for both pins.
