I bought this for my Jeep gladiator and it has worked perfectly. It bolted right up and I have no complaints. I would order this again for another vehicle if ever needed.

Fits up great! Very easy to install, once I understood that the crossmember did not have to be removed. The hitch fits between the existing frame flanges. Thanks to the knowledgable staff at etrailer for talking me through.

Haven't used the hitch yet. It took 2 days longer to get here because of shipping issues between etrailer and ups. It did however fit right on as described and was done in less than 30min. to have installed.
Perfect transaction, the hitch fits flawlessly, it took about 35 min for me to install by myself with a little help from a jack! It was heavier than I expected and def would have been easier with 2 people but I was able to get it done!!!
Bolt holes did not line up exactly which made it a harder install. Overall a nice hitch

Easy installation. Solid construction
Was not sure this would fit my 2020 Jeep Gladiator Sport. My truck has the factory installed bumper hitch that doubles as the bumper mount. If you have a Sport you know what I’m talking about. After receiving the hitch, it took me about 15 minutes to install. Very secure, and the way it’s designed it actually will wrap around the factory installed mount.
The fit and simplicity of install was spot on..took me about 30 min to install and that's only due to fighting to take off factory bolts...but a tight fit socket on a breaker bar and a two foot cheater did the trick...only issue I had was with the box the hitch came in. Threw shipping it was pretty much gone.. Hitch was sticking out of the box in multiple areas..and had several spots on the hitch that showed where the coating was chipped off..possible solution for that maybe some foam padding around hitch inside of box...as for the hitch..fitment and apperance and fast shipping was great.. Only real issue was carrier handling

I got the hitch WAY faster than expected since it had to come to our military AE address. Everything was super simple to complete and we had the hitch on in 30 minutes. Wonderbar!!

Fast shipping and great customer service. Hitch assembly nestled snug inside existing factory crossmember and hitch. Haven’t towed anything yet, but Install was easy.
Arrived with packaging tore up. Product exposed and scraped along corners. No inner protection.
Excellent quality! some things customers should know 1. It is impossible to put on yourself as it's so snug both sides has to be raised up at the same time. it will not fit one side at a time and to heavy to do all yourself (wasnt easy with 2 ppl). 2. Forget about screws that came with it for the front holes. I couldnt feed them into the frame so I just use the 2 bolts on either side that you have to remove anyways (the holes line up perfectly). 3. You will need an impact to remove those bolts or a wratchet with a cheater bar. Those 2 bolts on either side will NOT come off easily.
Works like it should!sticks out from my bumper a little further than I would like, other than that it is excellent!

I have not installed the hitch yet. However it should handle my Coleman Rubicon 1400BH trailer.
Perfect fit took about 1 hour to install and liked the way it goes with the aftermarket rear bumper.
