The etrailer Class III hitch part # e49KR is confirmed as a fit for your 2018 Lexus RX 450H so it would work well for you.

For trailer wiring you'd then want the part # 118255 which is a confirmed fit as well.

If you wanted to do some towing you might be interested in etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.

Thanks for the info. I was wondering if part# C13282 will also fit? Due to muffler position on my car this looks to clear that section. Also, I forgot to mention it has a spare tire underneath. Will I have to remove it permanently?

The Curt hitch part # C13282 is also a confirmed fit for your 2018 Lexus RX 450h. I attached a picture that shows how it installs relative to the exhaust as well. There's no mention of spare tire interference in the instructions also.
