Question:

My selling my 2021 Lexus RX350 with Curt Hitch 13515 and buying a 2022 Lexus 450H. It looks like that part number has been replaced with C73DR. Can I take off 13515 and use it on my 2022 RX450H ? In other words are 13515 and C73DR the same hitch. Thanks.

Hey Edward. The Curt Hitch item # C73DR is the same hitch as the pn 13515. It does indeed fit the 2022 Lexus RX 450h.

When you transfer the item # C73DR hitch over to your new Lexus you'll need the Replacement Hardware Kit for Trailer Hitches item # RHK. The hitch bolts are only designed to be torqued down once. This kit provides the correct length and grade of bolts that you'll need to reinstall your hitch.

You will want to go to the item # RHK product page and type in 13515 in the box that is labeled Hitch Item Number.
