There currently is not a trunk mounted bike rack for the 2021 Lexus RX 450H with a spoiler, but you can use a hitch mounted bike rack, which is actually my preferred method.

First, if you don't have a hitch you'll need one: Curt # C73DR.

Then for the bike rack, I highly recommend the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE2 # HR1450Z. The weight capacity is 50lbs per bike and the max tire size is 3", which means you can haul most heavy fat bikes without an issue. This carrier is very popular and reliable, and I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
