Yes, the Curt hitch # C73DR is confirmed to fit your 2022 Lexus RX350 Blackline Edition, including models equipped with the factory tow package and the hands-free liftgate kick sensor.

After installation, the kick sensor will still function, but the activation point usually shifts slightly because of the hitch receiver sitting beneath the bumper. Most owners find the sensor works best by moving their foot slightly to either side of the receiver instead of directly in the center.

The # C73DR installs using the factory mounting locations on the frame, so no drilling is required. Some trimming of the underbody panel is needed for the receiver opening, but once installed it has a very clean, factory-style appearance.
