The trailer hitch itself is well made and solid. The screw holes didn’t match up exactly and I ended stripping 4 out of the 6 bolts given since I tried screwing them in at an angle. I had to get new bolts
Great hitch at a great price. Fantastic customer service and super easy to install with the video instructions. You will want a second person to help with the install but otherwise a simple job with a few sockets (and a Dremel to cut out the notch in the bumper).
Very nice hitch. Powercoat is nice and thick so corrosion won't be an issue. I tried to order one that would fit in the factory opening in the bumper ,but as you can see it fits below with some minor trimming.
The service from etrailer was very good and professional and the video's very helpful to use, I installed it with a in about 30 minutes. the quality of the hitch is good and constructed well, we have used it 4 times since purchasing it. It especially helpful to use during the holidays to make room for all of our packing. we have a Nissan Pathfinder. the only thing I would recommend is buying a 2 inch trailer hitch rise, because when the cargo basket is fully loaded it can scrape the drown goin up or down sloped driveways.
Solid. I tow a 20 Foot Pontoon. with a Pathfinder. 6 or 7 times a summer. I have to use an 8" Rise receiver to get the trailer leveled off. If I had the hitch at the factory height i could probably use a 4" riser. Other than that, I can't complain. The kit came with all the electronic parts needed to " Go Live" and tow.

Hitch is working great.
I installed this hitch myself, it took about 1 1/2 hours. The electrical harness and relays were easily installed with little electrical or mechanical knowledge. The video made it simple. I have used my hitch many times and I have had no issues with the mounting or the electrical. I’m glad I purchased it!

This class 3 hitch came on time, good price. It's going on a 2018 Nissan Pathfinder, not exactly a tow-truck but primarily to be used to mount a bike rack. The hitch is extremely sturdy and well built with good powder coat paint. I'd buy it from you again.
Product came fast and seems solid all around(haven't tested it yet), definitely a two person install job. Everything fit okay, when it was in position, doesn't clear bumper(have to push it out and remove brackets). Also, the videos showed a spot to mount the electrical, this one is missing that feature, I had to get crafty and use U bolts and L brackets to make my own mount for the electrical stuff.
Hitch appears to be good quality and will do the job. It was not too difficult to install but a second pair of hands would have been nice. Happy with this hitch and the service from etrailer.
This is the second hitch I’ve ordered from etrailer and have been very happy both times. The first one arrived the day after the early received date but it was due to a snow storm and the second arrived a day before the received window. Both were the free shipping option so still very fast. The videos are super helpful for install.
I ordered the hitch and it was delivered quicker than I anticipated. It came in a box that had a few holes in it. Turns out the hardware and instructions were missing from the box.
I called customer service and they were very friendly and helpful. They sent replacement hardware and instructions and I received the replacements the day after I called them at no extra charge.

Can be installed without any ramp, just slide down on a mat.
Installation required to cut a small piece of plastic from fascia, I did it using occilating multitool.
