Product Arrived on schedule, package was of great quality (the part was secured with pieces of cardboard stapled to the containing box so the part wouldn't move). The part is of good quality, the finishing looks good. It was also very easy to install (took me about 45 minutes with no power tools and no lift.
I bought this for my lexus GS450H ('07 Model) to haul bikes. Seems to be doing the job pretty well.

Fit perfect and easy to install, instructions included showed how much heat shield to trim and that was the hardest part. You may need two people to help lift it into position if you don't have a good jack.
Installation was easy and the provided instructional video was great! Fits my is250 very well. The hitch doesn't protrude too much.
i got this for an upcoming trip to Myrtle beach, i installed it myself and was impressed with the video to install. i put this on my lexus and it went exactly as showed , it not only looks good on car but works as advertised. i would recommend this to anyone looking for high quality bike rack for heavier bikes with fat tires. and Cathy my sales woman did a remarkable and indepth job of getting me the correct parts.
Easy installation. Didn't have to jack up the car. Took 3 of us to put it on. Easier with more people.
Packaging was okay, boxed was ripped, but the trailer hitch is metal so there was no damage.

The hitch installed without a hitch. Having the tin snips already really helped for trimming the heat shield. An extra set of hands is almost required since its nearly impossible to hold the hitch up and put the bolts in at the same time.
First. I was told by other hitch retailers that "...there are no hitches that fit your car (2012 Lexus IS350C convertible)". My last-chance google search turned up an "ask an expert" post on the etrailer site for a 2012 Lexus IS250 convertible. Seeing this post, I figured there might be an option for my car. I submitted an "ask an expert" question and got a very quick reply recommending a Curt hitch receiver. I ordered the hitch, it came on time. Installation was easy and it fit perfectly. I'm very happy. etrailer provided a great product and stellar customer service.
So far it was a easy install , grab a 17mm socket , a pair of extra hands and a bungee chord to hold the exhaust . Took me 20 mins on my 2008 Lexus gs350 . Feels sturdy and looks very minimal and can’t tell it’s there .
Really love my 'stealth' trailer hitch. It's on a 2012 Lexus is250 and it looks hardly noticeable. Functional but not obvious. The perfect fit.

Were you able to keep the rear skid plate with the hitch installed? Or did it have to be removed completely? I just ordered this hitch for my 2011 is250 and am hoping to install it this weekend.

The hitch fit great and installation was very straightforward, once I downloaded the instructions. The included instruction sheet was for a different hitch/model of car.
This was the only hitch receiver that I could find to fit my Lexus IS250. After installed, you can barely notice there's a hitch from just looking at it. I use it in conjunction with a 1.25" to 2" adapter to mount the 1UP Super Duty bike rack for my Sur-ron e-bike. I've taken it out a few times so far and everything seems secure so far.
Exactly as described. Straight forward installation.
