Hello, I am looking for a hitch for a 2009 lexus gs350 which ill be using with Thule T2 Pro TH83JV. I was wondering about the clearance of the hitch, will it scrape when exiting or entering a driveway?

For your 2009 Lexus GS350 there are only Class I hitches available like the Curt # C11372. That means that the version of the T2 Pro that you have ( # TH83JV) would not be able to be carried since it is for Class III 2 inch hitches.
Instead you would have to go with the 1-1/4 inch version of the T2 which is part # TH23JV which would be compatible and would clear easily.
Curt requires the use of their stabilizer strap part # 18050 when using their hitch to carry a non-supported load like a bike rack. I attached a review video for you to check for the strap as well.
