Hello. I have a Lexus 2006 IS 250. And I will like to buy a trailer hitch reciver, but theres only Class I available. Theres any way I can buy a hitch reciver but Class III

There is not because the only trailer hitch receiver that fits your 2006 Lexus IS 250 is indeed the Class 1, 1-1/4 inch hitch from Curt. I'll go ahead and list below the hitch, and all other parts you'll need for towing if that's what you want the hitch for:
