Unfortunately there is not a trailer hitch compatible with your 2010 Lexus IS 350 Convertible from any of our manufacturers, but I do have another solution for you.

I recommend the Hollywood Racks Express 3 Bike Carrier # HRE3 which is a trunk mounted carrier confirmed to fit your car. This carrier uses 4 straps and rubber rollers to secure to your vehicle while protecting your car's paint and finish. The carrier also uses anti-sway cradles to prevent bike to bike or bike to car contact. It can hold 3 bikes weighing up to 35 lbs each, but it will also work just fine for your 2 bikes. Place the heaviest bike close the to vehicle, then skip a cradle for the other bike. This will place the bikes farther apart.

For security, I recommend the Thule Passive Security Strap for Trunk Mounted Bike Carriers # TH533 which has dual steel cables in a nylon sleeve to secure your bike carrier to your locked trunk. I then recommend using a cable lock like # e98891 to secure your bikes to the carrier.

You may want to consider using the Softride Soft Hook-and-Loop Tie Downs for Bike Racks # SR54FR to keep your front wheel from moving by securing it to your bike frame and also the Swagman Bike Adapter Bar # 64005 for any step thru frame bikes to give you level transport and proper ground clearance.
