Does Curt Hitch 11372 Require Drilling to Install on a 2007-2010 Lexus GS350

Is this a bolt on product, or is there drilling involved?

There is no drilling involved in the installation of hitch part # 11372 from Curt. Lexus provides weld-nuts on the frame rails for hitch attachment.
However, you will need to trim a piece of heat shielding with a set of tin snips. I have added a link to the instructions below that picture where the heat shield must be trimmed.
