Hello Alec,
No, the # C11372 fit the Lexus IS 350 through 2012. The last year that they made a hitch for the IS 350 was 2021. There might have not been a high demand for them, or the IS 350 is no longer rated for a hitch.
I do have a different option for you. Your best bet is going to be to get a roof rack like the Yakima BaseLine Roof Rack # Y88XB. The # Y88XB is a kitted part number, so it will come with everything you need to get the roof rack on your vehicle. Then you will want a roof rack mounted bike rack. The Yakima HighSpeed Roof Bike Rack - Fork Mount - Clamp On # Y78DJ would be a great roof mounted option, or if you do not want to take off your wheel for transport you could always go with the Yakima HighRoad Roof Bike Rack - Wheel Mount - Clamp On # Y68DJ.
