I have a 2018 Grand design solitude with hydraulic round pistons with a flat steal foot for front landing gear. Will the JT arms work with that kind of landing gear

Yes, the JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer Kit # LC191023 referenced in your question can be used with hydraulic round jacks like what you have on your 2018 Grand Design as long as you add the Hydraulic Jack Adapter Lugs # LC314592. These adapter lugs can be welded or bolted onto the foot pads of your landing gear to allow the JT's Strong Arm stabilizers to attach to the jacks.

The Strong Arm Kit you referenced is designed for trailers that have 58 inches or more between the front landing gear legs. If you have less than 58 inches of space between the legs you will want the part # LC191024 instead.
