Updated 09/10/2024 | Published 09/03/2024

Question:

Looking for moryde xbrace for my fifth wheel. Problem is the stabilizers are round at the top of the pad and not square to attach xbrace. What would you recommend?

Hey Shane,

Can you email me some pictures of your setup so I can see what you're working with? I'll send you a separate email to reply to.

Update: Got your picture, unfortunately the MORryde 5th Wheel Cross Brace Landing Gear Stabilizer # MR72AR doesn't currently offer a mounting bracket to connect to your round leveling jacks.

JT's Strong Arm Stabilizers have an adapter lug # LC314592 available that can mount to the footplate instead of the jack tube, allowing you to mount their stabilizer braces. You'll need to pick up extra swing bolts as well # LC314595. You'll need two adapter lugs and two swing bolts per footplate to complete the setup. I recommend checking out Brad's installation video below to see how this would work.

To pick the right kit you'll want to measure the spacing between your front landing gears. If you have less than 58" you'll need the # LC191024 and for more 58" you'll need # LC191023.
