Question:

Will this work with a 2019 Ford F-350? 6 3/4 bed, super crew, 6.7l diesel, running boards are cab length. If not, do you have a product that will work?

Yes, I checked with Torklift and the front Torklift Tie Downs part # TLF2022 that you referenced are a confirmed fit for your 2019 Ford F-350 short bed, diesel, super crew, with cab length running boards. The rear set you need then is the part # TLF3008. For turnbuckles to go from the tie down to the camper we then have the part # TLS9050A which are stainless steel and would work great.

I have the same vehicle and am looking for the same set up. Would a 2.5" factory hitch work with this as well? Is that even a consideration?

The fact that the factory hitch on your F-350 has a 2-1/2" receiver won't change anything. The TorkLift Camper Tie-Downs, parts # TLF2022 and # TLF3008, will still work perfectly.
