Question:
Will the TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs - Front, Code #TLC2204 and TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs - Rear, Code# TLC3206, FIT MY 2002 Chevrolet 3500 HD Silverado Dually 8ft bed with no steps under the bed and a Factory installed Hitch? The Truck is a REGULAR CAB BODY......Not an Extended Cab Body, Not a Crew Cab Body. Thank You! David W. Grohman

The TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs, front, # TLC2204, and rear # TLC3206 are for the 8' bed HD Models of the Chevy/GMC 2500 and all 3500 versions, including regular cab, extended or crew cab configuration with either SRW or DRW. The TorkLift Talon aluminum version, front, # TLC2204A, and rear # TLC3206A, is an aluminum and stainless steel premium version of the same. These part numbers are for the 8" frame of 3500 series labeled trucks and the HD identified 1500 and 2500 versions (non HD 1500, 2500 have a 5.5" tall frame).
If turnbuckles are needed too, there is the TorkLift Basic SpringLoad Turnbuckles, # TLS9000. The basic option turnbuckle bolts easily to the end of each tie down and contains two quick links, two heavy-duty forged steel turnbuckles and 24" of marine grade chain. My suggestion is the TorkLift SpringLoad XL Turnbuckles, # TLS9050A. These are made of aircraft grade aluminum and stainless steel, with internal springs and spring tension indicators.
The FastGun series turnbuckles are also available in several finish options, this is the premium version for truck campers. I prefer something better than the basic chain option, the TorkLift SpringLoad XL Turnbuckles, # TLS9050A are great for the price point. However, there are many that will "drop" the camper once at location rather than leave in the bed of truck for duration of the trip. This may make the FastGun option worth added price. The # TLS9530 is stainless steel but has a bright white white powder coating. # TLS9522 in gray, # TLS9529 for black. These also have option for a keyed alike pin lock with # TLS9500.
