While the # TLD2140 is for an 8' bed either equipped with the factory electric boards or no boards at all and OEM hitch. This may or may not fit with your aftermarket installed boards, it can't be confirmed to fit without knowing how they were installed. The OEM installed boards are known so, that fit can be confirmed.

My recommendation for your 2021 Ram 3500 8 Foot Bed - with fixed board or step under cab and with a factory installed hitch, I recommend the TorkLift Talon Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs - Aluminum # TL94FR front and # TL34FR for the rear.
