  The 2011 Chevy Express takes a 3157 dual filament bulb as the reverse lamp bulb. A single filament bulb like the 3156 one provided with the # HM20101VA would not work correctly.   Even though the 7440 and the 3156 are very similar they are not interchangeable. I wish we had a 7440 backup alarm but at this time we do not. While there isn't a combination reverse light bulb and back up alarm in this size there are back up alarms available by themselves such as # PK41820.   The W16W indicates a 16 watt bulb and also is synonymous with a 921 bulb. So in other words, W16W and 921 are the same thing. We do not have a backup alarm and replacement bulb that will fit in place of a W16W or 921 bulb. But I do have a solution for you. You could install a stand alone backup alarm, # PK41820. The overall sound will vary depending on the vehicle it is installed on since the light housings are different on all vehicles.
