This back-up alarm has held up well over the last year. It is heavy duty in its construction and holds up to the rigors of a fire truck in the field. It is definitely loud enough to get peoples attention. It was easy to install and I am very satisfied with it!

Could Medium-Duty to Heavy-Duty Back-Up Alarm # PK41851 be Wired to LED Reverse Light Circuit
There's no reason you could wire the backup alert part # PK41851 that you referenced to a reverse light circuit that is used to power an LED light. This only draws .3 amp so it wouldn't over draw the circuit either.

Back Up Alarm Recommendation for 2007 GMC Yukon XL
The back up warning bulbs we offer are a replacement for the 3156 bulb, and your Yukon XL uses a different bulb. We do however have back-up alarms that will beep loudly when your vehicle is shifted into reverse. I'd recommend the Pollak Back Up Alarm, part # PK41851. The alarm would wire into the reverse lamp circuit of your Yukon, and would sound when the vehicle transmission is shifted into reverse. Its 107 decibel horn would be easily audible on a loud and chaotic jobsite.

Will Hopkins Replacement 3156 Bulb with Audible Backup Alert Fit 2007 GMC Yukon XL
According to my research your 2007 GMC Yukon XL uses a 7440 type bulb for its reverse lights. The Hopkins Bulb with Audible Backup Alert # HM20101VA is a replacement for a different bulb type, a 3156 bulb. This item is not compatible with your vehicle lighting. We do not have a bulb with alarm in the 7440 type. However, we do offer a backup alarm that can be wired into your Yukon XL's reverse light circuit.
