I may have a solution for you, however we do not currently have a combination reverse 921 light bulb and back up alarm available. We are not aware of when one might become available.
We do have the stand alone Pollak Light-Duty to Medium-Duty Back-Up Alarm with Wire Leads # PK41820. This will install on the underside of your truck and tap into the reverse light wire. I have attached a demonstration video on this product as well as a link that will take you to our available selection of alarms and sensors.
