Hopkins Backup Alert - Replacement 3156 Bulb with Audible Alert. Will it fit my 2011 Chevy Express van?

The 2011 Chevy Express takes a 3157 dual filament bulb as the reverse lamp bulb. A single filament bulb like the 3156 one provided with the # HM20101VA would not work correctly.
We do offer a reverse alarm, part # PK41820 that would wire directly into the reverse light circuit, that would sound every time the transmission is placed in reverse.
