I need help finding a backup warning bulb for a 2016 dodge ram 1500 quadcab.

The Hopkins Backup Alert Replacement Bulbs like part # HM20101VA are only offered for 3156 and 1156 type bulbs. The 2016 Ram 1500 uses a 621 type bulb therefore there is not a Hopkins Backup Alert Replacement Bulb compatible. However, you could just use a standard back-up alarm like the Light-Duty to Medium-Duty Back-Up Alarm part # PK41820 without issue but this is really your only option. The Light-Duty to Medium-Duty Back-Up Alarm has a simple two wire installation so this is something you can install yourself rather easily.
