The reverse light bulb type for the 2010 Toyota Tacoma is a 921 wedge type bulb. While there isn't a combination reverse light bulb and back up alarm in this size there are back up alarms available by themselves such as # PK41820.
You can mount one on the underside, rear of the vehicle and tap into a reverse light wire. I have also included a link to all of the back up alarms and sensors that we carry.
