Very happy with the function of this product. I can tow my camper, boat, and utility trailer with one hitch.
The reason for the low rating is the appearance. It starts out nice looking but quickly developed black gouge like marks. I sent it back to Fastway once and they sent a replacement. Although I was very impressed with the high level of service I experienced the same problem with the replacement.
Couldn't be happier with this hitch ! With its ease of adjustable height and 2 different ball sizes it covers every different trailer application I have. No more trading out hitches depending on if I'm pulling my utility trailer or my bigger snowmobile trailer.

Easy to order. Arrived quickly and order was complete. Needed the drop to level out my trailer but keep the weight rating and good look. Great product and service. I’ll order from etrailer again.
So far so good. Fits the 2 1/2" receiver snugly and adjusts easily. Installed it on a 1 ton work truck that hauls single axle trailers up to 16k trailer. No longer need to keep two different balls in the truck.

GREAT
As a past B&W user, I was looking for a hitch that had a rating of over 15k lbs., but wasn't over engineered and looked like a steel anvil hanging off my truck. There's a lot of nice looking products out there, but none that are stout enough for what I needed. This was the answer. It's a great looking hitch that's simply designed and with a 18k lb rating, was plenty to pull what we needed.
I would recommend this hitch to anyone needing a strong hitch without sacrificing looks.

I just received my hitch from etrailer.com. The material and overall look of the hitch is excellent. Although a little pricey I like the height adjustment and the different size hitch balls. I pull different size and type trailers and I like the ease of adjustments. I tried a different type adjustable hitch in the past it was big and bulky very noisy and heavy. This one stores easy in my double cab Silverado and is not excessively heavy. The shipping was fast from etrailer and the ease of finding what you want on the website was great.

I am still very satisfied with the hitch I bought from etrailer.com. I use it and adjust the heights a lot. I would recommend this hitch to anyone wanting one. The etrailer website is easy to navigate and shipping was fast. Like the fact I dont need an adapter for the 2.5 hitch.
I do a lot of towing and this setup does everything I need with no worries.well worth the investment

This is a quality piece, very heavy for aluminum but it needs to be. It looks awesome on the truck and the reversing of the balls to the back side is genius. Plan to get one for my son for his birthday.

Liked this so much I got one for my son for Christmas.
This is a well built 2 1/2" adjustable ball mount that provides you with 6" of rise or drop to keep your trailer level. Currently use this on my F250 super duty to haul my MX5200 Kubota tractor with a bucket, and bush hog (~9K).
Just purchased a Fastway FLASH E-series HD adjustable ball mount for my new '17 F250 Superduty. The mount looks great out of the box and fantastic on the truck. Will be towing a triple axle trailer with 30' center console soon as well as a utility trailer off and on. Nice to have one set-up that's able to tow two different loads. The polished finish is very nice and the matching lock set looks very secure. Amazingly fast shipping from etrailer.com too. Even curious George likes it.

Really sturdy, however it is extremely (not made of lightweight materials) heavy and a chore to mount. Also, the lock broke and it is in the locked position so I can't use it. I have to figure out how to take it apart. Better of spending the extra cash and getting a Thule.

This is a great addition to my 3500HD Duramax...quality construction and looks good. Lots of compliments...especially like that it fits directly into receiver with out adapter..
