Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look together at this BulletProof Hitches aluminum adjustable two ball mount for your two and a 2 inch hitch. Now, this adjustable ball mount is going to slide into your 2 and a half inch hitch receiver on your vehicle, and it's going to let you tow up to 10,000 pounds with the 2 inch ball or 14,000 pounds with the 2 and 5/16th inch hitch ball. The tongue weight is 2,000 pounds, and this is going to give you a maximum drop or rise of about 6 inches. Now, the adjustable height is going to let you tow trailers of different heights with the same vehicle. (component swishing) You're just going to slide this ball platform up and down along the shank, and secure it in place (component clinking) with the included pins and clips.
And so, let me give you a brief demonstration of that. I'm gonna go ahead and remove my clips here (clips clinking) like so. (component swishing) And then, I'm just gonna turn this around so you can see, remove my pins, (pins thudding softly) and as you can see, very easy to slide those pins out. And then, you can easily just adjust this up and down the shank, (component clinking) and this is of course from the drop position, but then if you wanna flip this over to the rise position, (component thudding) it's as simple as that. And then, (component clinking) just slide this up and down along the shank.
So, lemme go ahead (component thudding) and put this back in the drop position, and then I'm going to rotate this to the two inch ball. (component clinking) And just slide that into place and try to make that a little bit even there. Then, I'm gonna go ahead and replace my pins like so (pins clinking) just like that. (component clinking) And then, I'll go ahead and replace the clips here as well. So, as you can see, you are not going to be struggling at the back of your vehicle trying to adjust the height or the drop, or the rise, because everything is just going to work very smoothly, and the pins and the clips work very smoothly as well, so (pin clinking) in a matter of seconds, maybe even minutes, you'll be able to have that adjusted the way that you need it, the way that you need.
So again, this is going to give you a maximum drop or rise of about six inches, and this adjusted one inch increments, and the two different size polished steel hitch balls are obviously gonna let you tow trailers with different coupler sizes. And you saw how easy it was to switch ball size there. This lightweight, high strength aluminum is going to resist corrosion. And even though I say lightweight, this is very durable, it's very strong. I think it's gonna hold up very well for you.
BulletProof Hitches really does have a great reputation of building high quality products, and I'm really impressed with this aluminum one, and even though it's gonna be very easy to manage, it's gonna hold up really well for you. So, lemme go ahead and give you some measurements that might prove helpful for you. And I wanna begin by giving you the measurement from the center of our first hitch pin hole to the center of our ball, so it's kinda tricky to do that on camera, but let's see if I can line that up for you. So from center to center, as you can see, we're at eight inches. Then, moving to the center of the second hitch pin hole to the center of the ball, about nine and a quarter inches. And then, (component swishing) another measurement that might be of interest to you is from the center of the second hitch pin hole, lemme see if I can line that up a little bit better there for ya to the end of our shank. We're sittin' right about about an inch and three eighths, almost an inch and a half. So hopefully, that gives you a good idea of the size there and how far this will stick out from your trailer hitch receiver. The hitch pin hole diameter is five eighths of an inch. This does not include this hitch pin and clip or a hitch lock to secure this to your trailer hitch receiver. So if you already do not have a compatible option, I would recommend taking a look at our hitch lock options, just to make sure that you are securing this investment that you're making to the back of your vehicle, you're not gonna have to worry about someone coming by and yanking this off of your vehicle when it is unattended. (hand tapping) Well, I think that's gonna wrap up our quick look today, I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy, thank you for joining me!.
