How Are the Two Hitch Balls Attached in the Fastway 2-Ball Ball Mount?

Could the balls ever loosen up? How are they attached?

The Flash E Series HD Adjustable 2-Ball Mount - 2-1/2" Hitch - 6" Drop, 6" Rise - 18K # FA42-00-2625 has the hitch balls that install with a hex screw on the backside of the ball mount. When installed on the shank, the shank will ensure the screw can't back out too far for function. It is possible that the screw can loosen slightly, but the ball mount platform and the diameter of the two ball shank won't allow too much movement. The Replacement Double Ball for Fastway and Diversi-Tech Ball Mounts - 2" and 2-5/16" # DTBM28 will show this threaded hole that uses a screw with a 5/16 hex like # DTBM26 to install if you don't already have one.
