  Hello JD; you can use InfiniteRule locks with the Curt Adjustable 2-Ball Mount # C45902. However, the # 34061071-D is designed for 2" hitches so it will not fit. For the hitch pin you need the # 34061072-D which is designed for a 2-1/2" receiver. The # 34061074-D can replace one of the pins on the adjustable channel as seen in the photos below.
