Curt trailer hitches are manufactured in the USA but not the supplemental parts like ball mount # C45902. For one that is made in the USA and is similar I recommend # BWTS20037B. But it maxes out at 18K with the 2-5/16 inch ball. The Curt model # C45902 is the only option we have in an adjustable ball mount for 2-1/2 inch hitches that can reach 20K. For a few dollars more you can get the tri-ball model # BWTS20048B. I have linked a video of it for you.
