I have the CURT Item # C45902 Adjustable Trailer Hitch Ball Mount, can I use this # SHK88ZR ball attachment or # SHK49ZR ball attachment with that mount?

The Curt Adjustable 2-Ball Mount # C45902 has an inside channel width of 3". The # SHK88ZR has an inside channel width of 3-3/4". This means the only way to use the Shocker Hitch attachments like the # SHK49ZR would be to switch to the Shocker Hitch XR Adjustable Drop Hitch # SHK88ZR.
