I tried ordering the bulletproof locking pin set for my Curt Adjustable channel 6 inches trailer hitch 45902. They ended up not being able to lock even though its states their would be enough room. I need a set of locking pins that are stable up to 20,000 lbs?

For your Curt Adjustable 2-Ball Mount - 2-1/2" Hitch - 6" Drop, 5-1/4" Rise - 20K # C45902 you will need the Curt Lock Set for Adjustable Channel-Style Mounts # C23556 which was made specifically for this ball mount and will be plenty stable at 20000lbs.
