Today we'll be taking a look at the Hi-Lift Jack Mounting Brackets for Rhino Rack Vortex Arrow Crossbars, part number RRSJHB. This includes two brackets to secure one Hi-Lift jack on your Rhino Rack Vortex Arrow Crossbars. The brackets are made out of a powder-coated steel, so they're strong and corrosion-resistant. It has a weight capacity of 33 pounds. Now to start off our install, we're going to take this portion of the jack bracket, and we're going to place it into our channel. We've gone ahead and removed the end cap from our crossbar and part of the rubber strip.

We're going to place those close to the end of our crossbar, and we already have our nut, the flat washer, and the actual bolt inside. We've got that all attached. We're going to take our 13mm wrench, and we're going to tighten this down. Now we'll do the same for the back bracket. Once again, we have all the same pieces to secure that into our channel. Slide that in place.

We want to make sure that it's sitting as close to even with the front one as we possibly can get it. With those placed on, we'll secure down our crossbar end caps. Now I'll get an extra set of hands to load up our jack. We'll take our jack and place it onto our bracket. Thank you.

Then we'll grab the clamp portion of the back bracket, and we'll start to tighten that down. We'll hand-tighten this down. Then we'll take a 16mm wrench and tighten it down the rest of the way. With both the front and back bolts, we have a lock washer and a flat washer placed on. Now with that completely tightened down, we also have the option to use this hole back here and put a padlock in to add some extra security to prevent any thefts or tampering of your jack.
