Availability of Longer 2-1/2" Shank for ReCurve R3 Weight Distribution Hitch

Question:
I just traded trucks and now have a 2.5 receiver, truck also sits higher, im looking for a longer hitch to work with my R3 recurve that is also 2.5 instead of 2 . Does etrailer have product that will work

Hey Dathan, congratulations on the new truck! The ReCurve R3 uses a standard shank so we do have some options that will work for you. The Equal-i-zer Weight Dist Shank # FA28FR has a 10" rise/6" drop and is 16" long overall.
The distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the adjustment holes is 12" so you can use that measurement to see if it will get you enough clearance. This is the longest shank we have that is designed to fit a 2-1/2" receiver.
