Today we're going to be taking a look at the replacement end cap for the Thule AeroBlade load bars. This unit replaces the passenger side end cap. One end cap is included with this part number. It's made from a durable plastic construction. It does feature the SwingBlade design, will give an easy access to the t-slot on your load bars. Real quick I just want to show you hot it fits into the end of the load bar.
All you have to do is take it, place it in, push it in, and it's going to snap into place. It's got the tab right here that secures it in the end of the bar. Then when you need to gain access to the t-slot, swing that up and it gives you easy access. That's going to be do it for today's look at the replacement end cap for the Thule AeroBlade load bars.

Sadly this replacement endcap wouldn’t sit flush to the aerobar. I had to adjust it often. Then it finally dislodged and was lost in the car wash.

In order to install the new end cap, you'll just simply choose the correct side and slide it into place.
