What's up everybody It's AJ with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to be checking out the Rhino-Rack Ladder Strap. It's going to be a good way to use your bar. Slide it in the C-channels, tighten down that ladder, so it doesn't go anywhere. Let's check it out. Here's a closer look at the strap.
So you see that it's underneath our bar and the under channel there. That way it's out of the way up top, so you don't have to worry about hitting it with the ladder or it being in the way of any cargo. So it's nice that it's underneath that bar. The strap comes around the bar and attaches to this here. This point comes with it as well.
It also goes underneath the bar. So this bracket, the carabiner clicks right in there. It's got a good hole on there, too. The gate on there, isn't easy to push. So you don't have to worry about it coming detached when you're driving down the road.
Going to loosen the cam buckle strap, give you a better idea how it works. You got a little slack in there. I can detach it. It shows you how good of a hold it has, but this is what it'll look like when you first load your ladder. You get that set up there, got the strap.
That's ready to go here, when you're ready to throw that up there. And then we just bring it around, the ladder, make sure it goes around one of the steps. That way it can pull straight down on it, and then it's going to pull it down to the bars and hold it in place. So you bring this around, clamped in place. Grab this into the strap. It's even got a portion, it's kind of a handle. It's got a loop, just pull on that until it's tight, and see it'll shake the whole truck back and forth. With the strap down, you can see that it works really well with all the different Rhino-Rack accessories that work for these bars. We have the ladder slide on back, that was able to slide the ladder up there, and the ladder pegs up front that keep the ladder in place from side to side, and also work as tie down points to make sure that this isn't going anywhere. Let's go on and hook it, and show you how easy it is to install it. Set this to the side for now. Let's going underneath and loosen it. I'm just going to turn that block. That locks it into the channel. See how easily that comes out there. So you're just going to put this, when you go to put it, install it, make sure it lines up so it can fit up in the track and you come back and as you're tightening that down, that block's going to spin and catch eventually. And you'll be able to tighten it down with the ratchet after that. I really like that you can slide it anywhere along the track you need it. It's easily moved. It's not like a permanent install where I have to worry about tightening it down, drilling holes or anything, or where it's gonna be. If I make a bad decision to put it somewhere that's not going to work out easily, just loosen it and slide it somewhere else along the track. Overall, I really like it. Like I said, a lot of great accessories you can use with these bars, that are made for the bars. I like using the track system to hold down clamps that go around. And I like that these are underneath. So they don't interfere with the ladder, or any of the other accessories. I'm allowed to use them all together. And it really helps get this ladder tied down so I can get on the road quicker. I think that does it. Thanks for hanging out, and hope this helps..

I am very satisfied with everything.
