Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com, and today, we're gonna take a brief look at this Firestone Model 110/70 Tapered Sleeve Rear Air Spring. Now, this is a replacement air spring for the Firestone Sport-Rite kits that you see there listed for you on your screen, the first one is F2163, and then F2172, and then F2209, and then finally, F2212. This standard tapered sleeve air helper spring is going to give you maximum load support, it provides cushioning between opposing components and enhances the performance and ride comfort on vehicles. This operates at up to 100 psi. Now, this features a four layer reinforcement construction that enhances the air spring load support, and the environmentally friendly coated metal end plates provide superior corrosion resistance. And this has a machine welded 1/4 of an inch NPT air intake hole right there.

And on your screen, I am also including a diagram, showing you some measurements that might prove helpful to you. So on that diagram, at the top, you see that 1/4 of an inch NPT air intake port, and then, this also has, on the top of the spring, 3/8 of an inch by 16 inch blindnuts, and there's two of them there at the top and they are separated on center by 2 3/4 inches, and then the bottom diagram there is supposed to represent the bottom of the spring, and as you can see, that's also a 3/8 of an inch by 16 inch blindnut. That diagram can also be found on this product page if you would like to take another look at it. This also features the time-proven rolled crimp seal that's going to keep this rubber air bag secured to the end plate. And just some additional information that might prove helpful for you, the compressed height is 4.37 inches, the extended height is 8.37 inches, the ride height is 6.38 inches, and the maximum diameter is 5.70 inches.
