Excellent hitch but one problem, shipping packaging. By the time the package arrived box was torn open, parts missing and hitch scuffed . I had to make a trip to the hardware store to replace missing bolt and washers.Need stronger package for such a heavy item .

Shipping was fast but the boxing department needs work. Box was destroyed in shipping because of thin/cheap quality. Luckily all the parts were still there!
Fitment is a little tight too tight, have to really jump on it to make it go into the “pucks”. Not sure if its the hitch or the factory puck system
etrailer's online information was accurate & correct. I'd purchased the same hitch from one of their competitors & needed to return it since they were supposedly unaware that GMC changed there tow package hole spacing in 2020. Delivery of my Curt Q25 for my 2021 Chevy 2500 was quick, when promised & the correct product. With the bed tow preparation package installation was a snap, 4 bolts to assemble & install. It took me about an hour and a half total which included uncrating & searching for my torque wrench.
Purchased second Curt hitch from E-Trailer in 4 years. 1st hitch arrived missing key component parts that required a visit to a Curt dealer and swapping out the top head. This recent hitched arrived in 2 shipments- the bottom arrived on a Wednesday and then the second package containing the head arrived a day later missing bolts. The Chevy dealer who installed this hitch charged me $350 to go out and purchase the missing bolts and the install.
All component parts should be wrapped in secure packaging and secured inside the base piece so when the outside box arrives damaged, you won’t be out of luck with missing pieces.

The Curt Q25 works great on our truck with the factory puck system really a nice smooth pull for or Jayco 5th wheel
This hitch is the BOMB! It fit my 2020 Silverado 3500HD perfectly! It was so easy to put together with the detailed instructions, and dropped right in. Just some minor adjustments to the locking handles is all hat was needed. By removing the head, I can lift the pieces myself! This will make pulling my 40’ 5th Wheel a breeze!
This was the best decision I could have made!

Great price for 25k hitch, but it did not fit into my puck system. I had to loosen some bolts to have it fot. Then tighten them again.
Delivery was fast. But shipping g box was I'm terrible condition.
Decal on crooked. The main part just barely made it in the box. Wood and Styrofoam over everything.
Paint is excellent, metal workmanship is excellent.
I will purchase this again.
Not their fault that shipping was bad.
It seems to be very sturdy hitch.

HD 5th Whl. Hitch. After 5k miles it is just like the day I bought it. No problems. If there is a negative, its heavy to take in and out of pu box.
