Today we're going to review part number 16721. This is the Curt 10-inch 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Lube Plate. This will protect your 5th wheel hitch in your 5th wheel trailer when you use this Curt Lube Plate. It's a 10-inch diameter disk that will easily slide onto the kingpin of your 5th wheel trailer and eliminates any messy grease deposits and it will reduce normal wear and tear when you're towing your 5th wheel trailer with your 5th wheel hitch. Again, just to measure the diameter for you. Edge to edge it's going to be right at 10 inches and thickness on it is going to be right at about 3/16 of an inch. Just to show you, here's an example of a .. This is what the kingpin would look like on your 5th wheel trailer.
You just install this onto the kingpin itself and then when this installs into the 5th wheel hitch, it will give you a nice protection between your pin box of your 5th wheel trailer and the 5th wheel hitch itself. Still working great
I made this purchase so that I did not have to keep removing my 5th wheel hitch to use my gooseneck ball attachment. This item worked out well and made it much easier to hockup my dump trailer.
Excellent packaging is by far the most important part for me. Boxes 100% intact, so great care is taken with box selection and sturdyness.

Excellent size and thickness to fit on a semi truck fifth wheel in the center section.
Works great! I use a similar product on my tractor trailers and I like these just the same. They are reasonably priced, easy to install and last forever! It’s still very important to grease the jaws and king pin but they really preserve the plate and hitch.
I have had one of these on all of my 5th wheels. They are the way to go.
I bought the wiring harness to transfer my trailer electricity from back bumper to inside bed of my Sierra 1500. Everything went smooth and I loved drilling a two inch hole in the bed of my truck. Done in less than one hour.

It works and not grease
Hitch came when expected and Alex was great when ordering hitch. It was pretty simple to install and seems to be a heavy duty hitch. My only complaint is the boxes it came in was pretty mangled up. Looked like they were drug being the delivery truck. Over all happy with this purchace.

Hi! We tried another lube plate and it was
awful! Stay with etrailers and the Curt lube plate and you wont be disappointed.

The Curt lube plate has held up nicely for more than a year. Weve taken the trailer on 8-10 trips during that time frame.
