Is this the complete hitch including the rails? Will I need to buy anything else to make this fit my 2020 Chevy 3500 long bed with OEM prep package?

Yes, this will include everything needed to install. Please see the product review video linked below. The Curt Q25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch, # C97FR, is for Chevy/GMC trucks with the OEM puck system. This is the heavy duty dual jaw model for 25,000 lbs. with a vertical load limit is 6,250 lbs.
