Are The Curt Q-Series Fifth Wheel Hitches Compatible With Sidewinder Pin Boxes

I am considering a Curt Q25 with my 2022 GMC Sierra 2500 Denali mostly because it is the hitch that is on GMCs accessories page. I notice you say that it shouldnt be used with the Reese Sidewinder hitch. However, on Reeses webpage associated with the Sidewinder it says only that it shouldnt be used with the Curt A-Series hitches. Is this correct? 68203 Wedge Kit Sold Separately: Replacement for included wedge: Fits CURT E Series and Q Series hitches. Sidewinder not to be used with the Curt A-Series

The little tech note on Reese's page is worded a bit misleadingly. The Sidewinder Wedge Kit for Curt E-Series Fifth Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP64FR you were looking at is only compatible with the Curt E-Series hitches, which is why it says not to use with the A-Series.
The Q-Series hitch heads are not compatible with the stress that a Sidewinder would put on it which is why we list it as not compatible.
If you plan on using a Curt hitch with a Sidewinder pin box then you'll definitely want an E-Series like the Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Slide Bar Jaw - 16,000 lbs # C16115 with Wedge # 30861.
