For your 2019 Tesla Model X, we have the Draw-Tite Max-Frame # 76143. This is a class III hitch capable of towing up to 5,000lbs GTW, and 750 maximum TW.

If you need wiring, I recommend the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness w/ 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector and Installation Kit # 119250KIT. This kit is plug-n-play into your factory harness, alleviating all cutting and splicing.

Finally, if you need a ball mount, I recommend the Draw-Tite Ball Mount # DT49MR. This kit comes with a 2" ball, hitch pin and clip, and a ball mount that has 3/4" of rise, and 2" of drop.
