Does Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch For 2016 Tesla Model X Hide Under Bumper

Hi. I have a ‘16 Model X and want to know if the hitch that’s compatible hides under the plastic cover already on the car? I get bad winters here and prefer to have something that can hide under the plastic access door, under the car. Thank you.

I have added a couple photos showing the Draw-Tite hitch on a Tesla Model X, one that is during the install and the other the completed install. So the body of the hitch is indeed hidden behind the bumper fully, but the receiver will still show and will not be hidden on your 2016 Tesla Model X. The correct part number for the hitch that fits your '16 Model X is the following:
