Question:

This hitch says Not rated for use with weight distribution systemsinch however over on DRAWTITES site it says Class III/IV hitches are Weight Carrying WC and also are Weight Distributing WD hitches depending on the vehicle and hitch specificationsinch I am confused? Can I use Weight Distributing hitch with this on my 2023 Model x?

Like you said the use of a weight distribution system depends on the vehicle specifications. I checked with Tesla and they do not recommend the use of one due to the unibody construction. Weight distribution systems transfer a portion of the weight of the trailer to the vehicle. A bumpy road will transfer a lot of stress into the unibody of the Model X. The reason that's considered detrimental is that the entire body will bend and twist repeatedly, and could eventually fail.

While the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch item # 76143 is confirmed to fit your 2023 Tesla Model X, neither it or your vehicle are rated to use a weight distribution system.

Since you can not use a traditional weight distribution system, I recommend the Tuson Asymmetric Sway Control item # 335TSC-1000. This system applies your trailer brakes to counteract side by side movement and quickly correct trailer sway.
