There really aren't too many differences between the Curt # C13427 and the etrailer # e95ZR. Both install in the same manner. Both hitches would look the same once installed, the Curt uses round tube for the crossbar while the etrailer uses square tubing, but that's a moot point because the crossbar will be concealed behind the bumper.

Where the rear difference comes in is the capacity. Both hitches have a 5000 lb towing capacity, but the Curt has a 750 lb tongue weight capacity (maximum amount of downward force that can safely be applied to the receiver) while the etrailer has a 500 lb tongue weight capacity. This is because of the manner in which the receiver tube is welded to the crossbar. Finally, the Curt hitch is manufactured in the USA.

Given the similarities and differences mentioned above, I'd personally choose the Curt because of the higher tongue weight capacity and because it's manufactured here.

If you'll be towing with the hitch, you'll need a trailer wiring harness like # CU94FR, a ball mount like # 2753 and for a trailer ball, use # 19260 for a 1-7/8 or # 63845 for a 2 inch.

I've linked to installation videos for the hitches mentioned above and for the wiring harness.
