Trailer wheel bearings are specific to the spindle that is installed on the axle that is on your trailer.

You will need to safely support the trailer, remove the wheel and tire, remove the grease cap, remove the cotter pin and washer that secures the spindle nut, remove the spindle nut, and then you will be able to remove the hub from your trailer.

Once the hub is removed you will be able to get the part numbers from the inner and outer bearings to determine the correct replacement parts for your spindles.

I have attached a photo of the parts showing where the part numbers are located and the areas that you will need to measure if your parts do not have part numbers etched on them.

Have a trailer with inner bearing #68149 and outer bearing of #67048 probably old mobile home axles ,I bought some hubs from yall AKHD-655-6-K outer bearing was the same but inner bearing was way to large . Need to see if you have anything compatible so I can send hubs back for exchange

We don't have any hub assemblies available that use that inner and outer bearing combination. The trouble with mobile home axles is that they're really only designed to be used once - so they often require unique hub assemblies and replacement parts are really hard to come by. I know it's probably not what you're hoping to hear, but your best option is likely a whole new axle that features a standard spindle. If you can tell me the hub length on your current unit along with its capacity, I would be happy to make a specific recommendation.

In order to determine the right replacements you'll need to pull one of your existing hubs and check for the bearings that are used. There should be a number stamped right inside both the inner and outer bearings - if you can tell me these numbers I would be happy to recommend the right parts.

Need seals and I think there double seals on a loadrite boat trailer. L68149 UCF-6 inner bearing, L44649 outside bearing. Could not locate numbers on seals. Also need break shoes and hardware for loadrite trailer 10 inch brake drums. Can you advise on the correct parts? Thanks look forward to hearing from you.

With that inner and outer bearing, there's a really good chance you have a 10-19 seal. For a double lip seal the part # RG06-050 will work perfectly. If you have a 3,500 pound axle with electric brakes the etrailer Replacement Shoe # AKBRKR-S-10 should work well.

Unfortunately there's no way for me to know what bearing size the hub on your 1958 boat trailer uses. You will need to pull one of the existing hubs and check for a number stamped inside the bearings themselves or measure along the spindle where they sit to get their inner diameters.

@Cliff Unfortunately not. Unlike a passenger vehicle, it usually isn't possible to look up component parts of a trailer based on its model. In order to swap out the bearings, you'll have to pull one of the hubs anyway, so might as well go ahead and do that so you can get the correct reference numbers off the inner and outer wheel bearings. You can provide me with some information that would provide some clues that would allow me to make an educated guess, such as the wheel bolt pattern and axle tube diameter but honestly taking a few minutes to pull one of the hubs to get those numbers is the best bet to ensure you get the parts you need the first time.

@MikeL Thanks for the reply. I have reached out to the original dealer. It's just hard to disassemble and wait for parts because I don't keep my boat at home. The trailer is just a 2020 EZ trailer custom

For a Lippert 4,400 lb trailer axle the correct bearing kit is the part #BK2-100 which includes inner bearing #L68149, inner race #L68111, outer bearing #L44649, outer race #L44610, grease seal #58846, a cotter pin and a tang washer.
