Brake Controller and Install Harness Recommendation for a 2011 Four Winds on a Ford F53 Chassis
Question:
I have a 2011 Four Winds on a Ford F53 chassis. I have a Stehl car dolly with electric brakes. I need a controller. Will I need to run additional wires and replace the 6 pin plug with a 7? Is there a plug and play harness that will work? If I use the plug and play do I still need to sun a wire to my battery?

You are in luck, the Ford F-53 chassis has a plug and play harness way up behind the dash that will allow a brake controller harness like part # 3034-P to install a brake controller like the Prodigy P2 Brake Controller part # 90885 that is our best selling controller because of how easy it is to setup and how easy it is to use.
As long as your tow dolly has the same 6 pin plug that your RV has you wouldn't need an adapter. If you do need a 6-way to 7-way adapter part # 47435 would do the trick.
