I spoke with my contact at Pollak and he stated that the Pollak Replacement 7-Pole, RV-Style Trailer Connector Socket, # PK11893-11933 is the correct replacement part for the Pollak PA66-MD40 that you have.

I have a 2006 dodge 2500 and my wiring and plug have had a little hot wire problem. Do you have a new receptacle Pollak pa66- md40 and wiring from it that I can splice back into my factory wiring? Also a wiring diagram would be a huge help. Thanks

You can use # PK11893-11933 and cut the rectangle connector off and splice the wire into the factory wiring on your truck. I have linked a help guide to get it all wired back up correctly.
