My rv has 6 pins, seperate brake and turn signals. the toad is flat 4. brake and turn signals using one bulb. Can i use a coiled cable that is 6 pins on each end? How do I wire it??

The easiest way to do what you need is to convert the signal on your RV's connector to a combined circuit and then install a 4-way on your RV like part # PK11404 in place of the 6-way.
For that you would want to start with a signal converter like part # RM-732. You will need to wire up the RV trailer wiring just like the label of the converter recommends. You'll notice that the running lights aren't mentioned on the label, that's because it bypasses the converter and runs straight to the connector. The output side of the converter (the left side) will get run to the # PK11404.
At this point you will have a 4-way round that has combined taillight circuits. You will want to use the # HM47045 to run from the RV to the toad. On the toad you will want to cut off the 4-way flat and install a 4-way round like part # PK11402.
