Easy to install, works great on my 2023 Jeep Gladiator!
Used this as the connection point for the Roadmaster diode wiring kit. Seems to be well made and will hopefully last a long time. I did spray paint it flat black so it blends into the front bumper of my “toad” a little better.
Directions spot on. Easy install.
It's only a socket. It's metal bodied, so it's more resistant to wear and tear than the plastic one that broke prior to me buying this one. I wish the rest of my tow system was as flawless as the wiring has been...notice the repair weld in the photo.Attach any photos of the product you would like included to this email.

This has been working great for over a year and is a solid connection.
Very sturdy and secure attachment, much better than the cheaper plastic ones that I have had break before. However, the rubber boot doesn't stay around the wire attachments
Fantastic customer service. We called to get help in ordering all of the correct items for our tow install. They were so much help. If we hadn't called we would have ordered a battery disconnect switch that would not have worked on our vehicle.
We knew when we ordered that the brake system was out of stock. They immediately contacted us to let us know how long it would be to receive it before processing our order.
We asked if the other items could be shipped separately so we could start the install.
They shipped them out right away and provided tracking every step of the way.
Kudos to a great company that cares!

Easy to install, not a mechanic myself, but it was done in less than 30 minutes.
Base plate and all hardware worked well and fit like a glove, instructions were easy to understand great product
This connector replaced the connector installed by my RV dealer on my towed vehicle. It broke on our first trip because it was plastic. This connector is very sturdy and is holding up very well.

In a commercial envirnment, they are working well.
Fits my Blue Ox Avail setup perfectly Solid, well made connector.
The documentation for wiring is limited and difficult to read without magnification. Otherwise this is well made and works perfectly.
Easy to install. Purchased this model because plastic cap covered models break easily in cold weather. Instructions are a bit vague, could be better.
I got great service from Etrailer, high quality product and was as good as expected
I replaced a 6 place plastic plug with a heavy duty metal plug. Much more resilient. Excellent price and was received a day earlier than expected. We'll done all around!
Very easy to use. No little set screw to remove to pull apart. Hook up the wires and slip the rubber boot over and you're done.
