Dimension Of Square Tubing Needed for Swagman Replacement Wheel Hoops

Question:

I love the style of the Swagman bike rack, but cant afford one. I do have an Allen hitch mounted rack and I think itd be an easy mod to add a cross piece to mount the Swagman wheel hoops on. Before I order the wheel loops from you, could you tell me what size square tubing the wheel loops fit on? Thanks!

The square tubing that the Replacement Wheel Hoops for Swagman XTC Series Bike Carriers, part # P318 are designed to fit measure 1-1/4 X 1-1/4 inches.

The wheel hoops include the knobs, bolts, and shims, along with the rubber straps for the wheel hoops.
